日本ロジスティクスファンド投資法人が第8期（平成21年7月期）決算を発表した。第8期は、物流施設2棟を取得し賃貸収入が増加する一方、前期の物件売却益がなくなったこと及び大東物流センターの建替に伴う除却損、支払利息の増加等により、前期比3.7%減益、1口当たり分配金は15,951円となった。第9期（平成22年1月期）は、前期に取得した物件の通期稼働及び前期の除却損がなくなることから、前期比7.8%増益、1口当たり分配金は17,200円となる見通し。続く第10期（平成22年7月期）1口当たり分配金も17,200円となる見通し。また、物流施設大手のプロロジスとパイプラインサポート契約を締結したことを発表。プロロジスが開発した一定規模のマルチテナント型物流施設をプロロジスと共同保有し、テナント集中リスクの軽減を図る見込み。
