日本ロジスティクスファンド投資法人が第7期（平成21年1月期）決算を発表した。第7期は、1棟取得及び1棟売却を行った。賃貸収益の増加及び物件売却益が寄与し前期比10%増益、1口当たり分配金は16,559円となった。第8期（平成21年7月期）は2棟取得により6%増収となる一方、前期の物件売却益がなくなること及び大東物流センターの建替に伴う除却損の計上により5%減益、1口当たり分配金は15,700円となる見通し。続く第9期（平成22年1月期）1口当たり分配金は17,200円となる見通し。
