日本ロジスティクスファンド投資法人が物流施設2棟を取得する。2棟の取得額は計156億円。うち1棟の東雲物流センターは準共有持分の47%を取得する。既に産業ファンド投資法人が他持分（53%）を保有しており、今回の取得により2法人が共同で保有する。テナントの佐川急便と平成38年迄の定期賃貸借契約を締結。もう1棟の加須物流センターはテナントの日立物流と平成30年迄の賃貸借契約を締結。なお、今回の取得に伴う業績予想修正は3月に行われる第7期（平成21年1月期）決算発表時に公表の予定。
