日本ロジスティクスファンド投資法人（JLF）が保有物件を売却する。売却する物件は、兵庫県加古川市にある物流施設。JLFは同物件を平成19年9月に新築で取得したが、テナント入居後、一部床面に設計図書と施行内容に違いがあることが判明したため、施工主へ売却して是正することを決定。売却額と簿価の差額は138百万円となり、売却益は第7期（平成21年1月期）に計上される。これに伴い第7期業績予想を修正。従来予想比6.5%増益、1口当たり分配金は16,400円となる見通し。
