日本ロジスティクスファンド投資法人が第5期（平成20年1月期）決算を発表した。第5期は、物流施設5棟を取得し、前期比15.8%増益、増資による投資口数12.4%増となるも、1口当たり分配金は14,022円と前期を3%上回った。第6期（平成20年7月期）は、1棟取得により3.4%増益、1口当たり分配金は14,500円となる見通し。続く第7期（平成21年1月期）1口当たり分配金は14,800円となる見通し。
