日本ロジスティクスファンド投資法人（JLF）が第4期（平成19年7月期）決算を公表した。1口あたり分配金は予想を2％上回る13,615円となった。 併せて第5期（平成20年1月期）及び参考値ながら第6期（平成20年7月期）の業績予想を公表。第5期は、増資により投資口が増加するものの、4棟の取得で前期比12%以上の増益を予想し、1口あたり予想分配金は13,650円と第3期の水準を維持する見通し。第6期は、第5期末取得物件が通期収益寄与するため、参考値ながら1口あたり予想分配金は14,300円を想定している。
