日本ロジスティクスファンド投資法人が第3期（平成19年1月期）決算を発表した。第3期は、物流施設の底地1件を取得し、前期比7%増益、1口当たり分配金は15,175円となった。第4期（平成19年7月期）は、増収となるも平成18年に取得した物件の固都税の費用計上により14%減益、1口当たり分配金は13,000円となる見通し。
