日本ロジスティクスファンド投資法人が、第1期（平成18年1月期）決算及び第2期（平成18年7月期）業績予想を発表した。第1期の実質的な運用日数は上場日（平成17年5月9日）からの268日間。上場時に6棟、その後2棟を取得し第1期末の運用資産は8棟となった。第1期の運用実績は、1月16日発表の業績予想修正を更に上回り、1口当たり分配金は17,344円。一方第2期（平成18年7月期）は、運用期間が通常の6ヶ月となる。新たに7棟を取得し37%の増益を図る一方で、投資口49,300口の増加に伴い、1口当たり予想分配金は13,000円となる見通し。
