日本ロジスティクスファンド投資法人が第2期（平成18年7月期）決算を発表した。第2期は、増資により新たに7棟を取得し資産規模を2倍強に拡大。前期比49.6%増益、1口当たり分配金は14,194円となった。第3期（平成19年1月期）は、このまま推移すれば、2%増益、1口当たり分配金は14,500円となる見通し。
