日本ロジスティクスファンド投資法人が格付けを取得した。ムーディーズ社からA1、R＆I社からAA。いずれもジャパンリアルエステイト投資法人と並び、J-REITでは最高の格付けにランクされる。上場以来、借入金のない状態が続いている銘柄であるが、格付取得により投資法人債の発行が想定される。
