インヴィンシブル投資法人が、業績予想を修正した。 第45期（2025年12月期）は、ケイマン島のホテルが大規模改修工事の遅れにより収益が減少するが、国内のホテルの変動賃料の増加、支払利息の減少により、8月に公表した業績予想に対し0.7％増益を見込む。内部留保より28百万円を取崩し、1口当たり分配金は2,143円と0.8％増となる見通し。 第46期（2026年6月期）は、国内のホテルの変動賃料が減少するが、ケイマン島のホテルの改修工事終了による収益回復を想定し、前回予想比0.3％増益を見込む。内部留保より135百万円を取崩し、1口当たり分配金は1,895円と変わらない見通し。 併せて第47期（2026年12月期）業績予想を公表。季節要因によりケイマン島のホテルの収益が減少するが、国内ホテルの変動賃料増加により、前期予想比14％増益を見込む。内部留保より24百万円を取崩し、1口当たり分配金は2,144円となる見通し。 なお、日中関係の悪化による影響は限定的であることを想定し、業績予想に織り込んでいないが、仮に中国人旅行客の減少により変動賃料が減少し業績へ影響がある場合は、内部留保を活用して分配金を維持する予定。
