インヴィンシブル投資法人が、第42期（2024年6月期）決算を発表した。 第42期における物件取得はなし。国内の既存ホテル81物件のRevPER（客室当たり売上）は10,314円と前年同期比11.0％増となった。季節要因に伴い国内のホテルの賃料が減少したが、ケイマン島のホテル2物件の業績向上及び季節要因による運営委託収益の増加、シェラトン・グランデ・トウキョウベイ・ホテルを保有するSPCの配当収入等により、前期比16.9％増益。1口当たり分配金は1,917円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは134物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は5,486億円、有利子負債比率は47.7％。 第43期（2024年12月期）は、投資口の追加発行を行い、「アートホテル大阪ベイタワー＆空庭温泉」等ホテル12物件を取得。国内のホテル93物件のRevPERは12,228円を見込む。ケイマン島のホテルの大規模改修が発生するが、新規取得物件の賃料増加により、前期比6.3％増益を見込む。投資口数13.5％増加により、1口当たり分配金は1,797円と前期比6.3％減となる見通し。 第44期（2025年6月期）は、国内のホテル93物件のRevPERが11,427円を見込む。前期に取得した物件の通期稼働により、前期予想比5.5％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は1,895円となる見通し。
