インヴィンシブル投資法人が、第41期（2023年12月期）及び第42期（2024年6月期）業績予想を修正した。 ホテルの国内需要及びインバウンド需要が堅調に推移し、客室稼働率は2019年をやや下回るも、ADR及びRevPERはコロナ前の2019年を上回る状況となっている。これに伴いホテルの変動賃料が増加し、8月に公表した業績予想を修正。第41期は、前回予想比11.8％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は1,593円となる見通し。 また第42期は、前回予想比20.6％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は1,767円となる見通し。なお、シェラトン・グランデ・トーキョーベイを裏付資産とする優先出資証券の配当金は第34期（2020年6月期）以来8期ぶりに発生する見込み。 更に第43期（2024年12月期）業績予想を公表した。国内ホテルの収益は増加するが、ケイマン島のホテルの収益減や為替の影響により、前期予想比1.6％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は1,739円となる見通し。
