インヴィンシブル投資法人が、第40期（2023年6月期）業績予想を修正した。 第40期は、主要テナントであるマイステイズ・ホテル・マネジメントに対する賃料減額措置を行わず、2019年12月期以来7期ぶりに原契約とおりとなる。国内の変動賃料のホテル75物件のReVPER（客室当たり単価）は8,614円と2月の前回公表時より16.9％増加、ケイマン島2物件のRevPERは402ドルと22.6％増加する見込み。これにより前回予想比78.4％増益、1口当たり分配金は1,362円となる見通し。
