インヴィンシブル投資法人が、第39期（2022年12月期）業績予想を修正した。 昨年10月以降のホテル売上げ回復により、国内ホテル75物件のRevPER（客室当たり売上）は7,744円と前期比3,146円増となる想定。スポンサーグループであるマイステイズ・ホテル・マネジメントに賃貸するホテル73物件は固定賃料に加え変動賃料も発生する見込み。またケイマン島のホテルの運営委託収益が大幅増加。これらに伴い11月に公表した業績予想に対し26.6％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は829円となる見通し。 併せて第40期（2023年6月期）及び第41期（2023年12月期）業績予想を発表した。 第40期は、国内ホテル75物件のRevPERは7,368円と前期予想より376円低下する想定。前期予想比7.9％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は763円となる見通し。 第41期は、国内ホテル75物件のRevPERは8,810円と前期予想より1,442円増加する想定。前期予想比35％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は1,037円となる見通し。
