インヴィンシブル投資法人が2022年10月~12月の賃貸借契約変更を公表

インヴィンシブル投資法人が、スポンサーグループであり主要テナントであるマイステイズ・ホテル・マネジメント(MHM)との、2022年10月~12月の賃貸借契約の変更を発表した。MHMに賃貸するホテル73物件の固定賃料は原契約と同額の約26.85億円とする一方、変動賃料は原契約のホテル単位ではなく、73物件合計のGOPより管理受託手数料を差引いた3ヶ月通算値が固定賃料を上回った場合に発生する。 なお、11月25日に公表した第39期(2022年12月期)業績予想の修正はなし。
