インヴィンシブル投資法人が、スポンサーグループのホテル運営会社であるマイステイズ・ホテル・マネジメント（MHM）との間の、2022年7月～9月の賃貸借契約の変更を発表した。 国内宿泊客は回復傾向にあるが、インバウンドが未だ本格的回復に至っていない背景から、MHMが固定賃料全額を支払うことが出来ないため、引き続きホテルの運営継続を目的とした暫定措置として、73物件の固定賃料を減額する。 3ヶ月間の固定賃料を原契約の約37.8億円に対し21億円と約44％の減額とする。また変動賃料は3ヶ月通算のGOP（ホテルの営業利益）が固定賃料を上回った場合に発生する。 なお、第39期（2022年12月期）業績予想は引き続き未定。
