インヴィンシブル投資法人が、第38期（2022年6月期）決算を発表した。 第38期は、「レーベスト本陣」等、住宅6物件を売却。ホテルの主要テナントであるマイステイズ・ホテル・マネジメントとの契約は、引き続き固定賃料を減額し、当期は変動賃料と合わせて原契約の固定賃料の約58％となった。 3月に蔓延防止等重点措置が解除となったため、国内の変動賃料のホテル75物件のRevper（客室当たり売上）は4,614円と前年同期比86.7％の増加、またケイマン島のホテル2物件のRevperは2年ぶりに運航が再開したことから、前年同期比1,055％増となった。国内ホテルの固定賃料及び物件売却益が前期より減少したが、国内ホテルの変動賃料とケイマン島のホテルの運営委託収益が大幅増加したことにより、当期利益は前期と同水準となり、1口当たり分配金は166円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは128物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は4,913億円、有利子負債比率は49.2％。 第39期（2022年12月期）は、引き続きコロナ禍によるホテル及びオペレーターの影響が予測できないため、業績予想は未定とするが、蔓延防止等重点措置等の行動制限がない前提で、売却益無しで黒字化を目指す。マイステイズ・ホテル・マネジメントとの契約は、9月中旬までに公表予定。
