インヴィンシブル投資法人が、第38期（2022年6月期）業績予想を公表した。 コロナ禍によるホテル運営への影響が予測不可能なため、業績予想を未定としていたが、4月までの運営状況が概ね判明したことから、改めて公表した。 第38期は、「レーベスト本陣」等住宅6物件を売却し、売却益1,460百万円を計上する。ホテルの売上げ回復に伴い、スポンサーグループであるマイステイズ・ホテル・マネジメントが運営するホテル73物件は、減額後の固定賃料9億円に加え、変動賃料17億円が発生する見込み。ケイマン島のホテルは2月に運航が再開したことにより収益は大幅改善する見通し。一方、シェラトン・グランデ・トーキョーベイ・ホテルを裏付資産とするSPCの配当金収入は引き続き発生しない前提。 これらに伴い賃貸収益は前期より増加するが、物件売却益が大幅減少するため、前期比52％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は78円となる見通し。
