インヴィンシブル投資法人が、スポンサーグループのホテル運営会社であるマイステイズ・ホテル・マネジメントとの間の、2022年1月～6月の賃貸借契約の変更を発表した。 ホテル運営が依然として厳しい環境にあるため、ホテル運営継続を目的とした暫定措置として、引き続き73物件の賃料を減額する。6ヶ月間の固定賃料合計を、原契約の49.7億円に対し9億円と約82％の減額とする。変動賃料は、6ヶ月間通算のGOP（ホテルの営業利益）が固定賃料を上回った場合に発生する。 第38期（2022年6月期）業績予想については、引き続き未定とする。
