インヴィンシブル投資法人が、第37期（2021年12月期）決算を発表した。 第37期は、「レキシントン・プラザ八幡」等、8物件を売却した。主要テナントであるマイステイズ・ホテル・マネジメントが原契約の固定賃料を支払うことが出来ないため、引き続き賃料を減額した結果、当期は原契約の固定賃料の49.4%（変動賃料含む）となった。物件売却益2,568百万円が寄与し、当期利益は1,014百万円。緊急事態宣言解除後の10月以降ホテルの客室稼働率が改善したことにより、12月に公表した業績予想を上回り、1口当たり分配金は166円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは134物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は4,947億円、有利子負債比率は49.5％。 第38期（2022年6月期）は、「レーベスト本陣」等、住宅6物件を売却し、売却益1,454百万円が発生するが、引き続きコロナ禍によるホテル及びオペレーターの影響が予測できないため、業績予想は未定とする。3月中旬までに公表予定。なお、住宅の売却代金を活用して借入金の返済に充当し、有利子負債比率の低下を図る。
