インヴィンシブル投資法人が、スポンサーグループのホテル運営会社であるマイステイズ・ホテル・マネジメントとの間の、2021年7月～9月の賃貸借契約の変更を発表した。 引き続き暫定措置として、73物件の賃料減額を行う。3ヶ月間の固定賃料を、原契約の約37.8億円に対し10億円と約74％の減額とする。また変動賃料は3ヶ月間通算のGOP（ホテルの営業利益）が固定賃料を上回った場合に発生する。賃料減額の暫定措置と行った場合でも、資金繰りへの影響はなく、当面の利払いに対する懸念はないものとする。 第37期（2021年12月期）業績予想は引き続き未定。
