インヴィンシブル投資法人が、仙台にある商業施設を売却する。 売却する物件は、仙台市青葉区にある2005年竣工の郊外型商業施設。売却額は36.6億円。売却額が簿価を22.8％上回り、売却益590百万円を得ることが出来る点から、売却を決定した。 売却益は、第37期（2021年12月期）に計上されるが、第37期業績予想は現時点で未公表。コロナ禍の影響による業績見通しが判明次第公表予定。 なお、売却代金は借入金の返済に充当し、有利子負債比率の低減を図る。
