インヴィンシブル投資法人が、第36期（2021年6月期）業績予想を公表した。 コロナ禍による影響が見通せず業績予想を未定としていたが、4月までの業績が概ね判明したことから公表する。 スポンサーグループのマイステイズ・ホテル・マネジメントとの変更契約に伴い、ホテル73物件の6ヶ月間の固定賃料は10億円と原契約の80％減となり、変動賃料はなし。 またシェラトン・グランデ・トーキョーベイ・ホテルの優先出資に伴う配当金はなし。 ケイマン島のホテル2物件は、ホテルの運営費用が売上げを上回り、NOIはマイナス486百万円。 住宅のNOIは前期同期と同水準であるが、国内ホテルの固定賃料減額幅の拡大、変動賃料の減少等、ケイマンホテルの損失等により、当期純損失3,729百万円となった。無配を回避するため、利益剰余金から91百万円を配当し、1口当たり分配金は15円となる見通し。
