インヴィンシブル投資法人が、スポンサーグループのホテル運営会社であるマイステイズ・ホテル・マネジメントとの間の、2021年1月～6月の賃貸借契約の変更を発表した。 1月以降の緊急事態宣言発令による影響から、ホテル運営は依然として厳しい環境にある。ホテル運営継続を目的とした暫定措置として、引き続き73物件の賃料減額を決定。6ヶ月間の固定賃料合計を、原契約の49.7億円に対し10億円と約80％の減額とする。変動賃料は、6ヶ月間通算のGOP（ホテルの営業利益）が固定賃料を上回った場合に発生する。 なお、賃料減額措置を行った場合でも、資金繰りへの悪影響はなく利払い懸念はない。 第36期（2021年6月期）業績予想については、引き続き未定とする。
