インヴィンシブル投資法人が、第35期（2020年12月期）決算を発表した。 第35期は、「日神パレステージ東長崎」等、住宅6物件を売却。 ホテルの稼働率は6月以降回復し、10月は56.8％まで上昇したが、主要オペレーターであるマイステイズ・ホテル・マネジメントが固定賃料を支払える水準まで達していないことから、前期に引き続き固定賃料を減額した。固定賃料を原契約の65億円から16.06億円へ75％減額する一方、稼働率回復に伴い変動賃料10.43億円を受領する。 前期に発生したスポンサー支援の物件管理費等が当期は発生しない一方、ケイマン島のホテル収入やSPCの配当金収入が発生しないこと等により賃貸利益ベースではマイナスとなった。住宅6物件の売却益26億円が寄与し、当期利益は623百万円、内部留保を取崩し、1口当たり分配金は167円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは142物件、資産規模（取得額総額）は5,027億円、有利子負債比率は50.8％。 第36期（2021年6月期）は、前期同様に、コロナ禍の影響やマイステイズ・ホテル・マネジメントとの契約内容が未定のため、業績予想を未定とする。3月中旬までに公表の予定。
