インヴィンシブル投資法人が、スポンサーグループのホテル運営会社であるマイステイズ・ホテル・マネジメント（MHM）との賃貸借契約を変更した。 ホテル市況は6月以降徐々に回復しているものの、ホテルの売上げが厳しい状況であることや、未だ感染の収束が見えない点から、ホテル運営継続のための暫定的な措置として、引き続き2020年7月～9月の賃料を減額することを発表した。 MHMが運営するホテル73物件について、7月～9月の固定賃料は、38億円から8億円へ約79％の減額。変動賃料は73物件を合算した上で、GOP（ホテル運営の営業利益）から管理委託手数料及び固定賃料を差し引いた額（但し、マイナスの場合は0円）とする。 一方、6月までの暫定的措置であった、INVによる物件管理費負担、管理手数料の引き上げは、7月～9月には発生しない。 また上記の通り賃料減額を実施しても、手元資金は確保しており、当面のリファイナンスに懸念はないとする。 なお、10月以降の契約条件は影響が判明次第改めて公表するため、第35期（2020年12月期）業績予想は引き続き未定とする。
