インヴィンシブル投資法人が、第34期（2020年6月期）決算を発表した。 第34期は、期初に「ホテルマイステイズプレミア成田」「アートホテル盛岡」を取得する一方、「シティハウス東京新橋」を売却した。 コロナ禍の影響に伴い3月以降ホテルの売上げが急激に悪化。スポンサーグループのホテル運営会社であるマイステイズ・ホテル・マネジメントの事業存続のため、3月～6月の固定賃料計35億円の減免、更に物件管理費等13.5億円の支援を行った。これにより前期比96％減益となり、1口当たり分配金は69円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは148物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は5,116億円、有利子負債比率は51.0％。 第35期（2020年12月期）は、現時点で不確定要素が多いため、引き続き業績予想を未定とする。MHMとの契約条件を9月中旬までに決定する予定。 なお、6月以降GOP（ホテル営業利益）はプラスに転じているが、固定賃料を支払う水準に達していない。 テレワークプラン、デリバリーサービス、自主隔離客の受け入れ等、新たなホテル需要を模索するとともに、コスト削減に注力していく。
