インヴィンシブル投資法人が、第34期（2020年6月期）及び第35期（2020年12月期）業績予想を未定に修正した。 新型コロナウイルスの影響により、2月以降訪日外国人が大幅減少。これにより国内に保有するホテルの3月の客室当たりの売上げ（RevPER）は前年同月比-67.7％となり、4月は-80％程度を見込む。また海外（ケイマン島）に保有するホテル2物件については、国際空港閉鎖に伴い3月下旬より閉館している。 こうした影響から、2月に公表した業績予想を達成できないこと、更に現段階で今後の影響を予測することができないことから、業績予想を未定とした。
