インヴィンシブル投資法人が、第34期（2020年6月期）及び第35期（2020年12月期）業績予想を発表した。 第34期は、「ホテルマイステイズプレミア成田」「アートホテル盛岡」を取得、「シティハウス東京新橋」を売却する。これによる賃貸収益や物件売却益2,038百万円が寄与するが、日韓関係悪化による観光客減少、ゴールデンウィークが短いこと等を受け、客室当たりの売上げが前年同期比5.5％減少を想定し、前期予想比3.7％減益を見込む。211百万円を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は1,812円と前期予想を5.0％上回る見通し。 第35期は、東京オリンピック開催に伴うホテル売上げ増により、客室当たりの売上げは前年同期比5.2％増加を見込む一方、前期の物件売却益がなくなることや、ケイマン島に保有するホテルの一部建替え増築に伴う客室の一部売り止めを想定しており、前期予想比10.8％減益を見込む。1口当たり分配金は1,647円と前期予想比9.1％減となる見通し。
