インヴィンシブル投資法人が、ホテル2物件の取得、レジデンス2物件の売却を発表した。 取得する物件は、千葉県成田市にある「ホテルマイステイズプレミア成田」、岩手県盛岡市にある「アートホテル盛岡」。2物件の取得額は計162.36億円。 一方、売却する物件は、東京都港区及び新宿区のマンション。2物件の売却額は計96億円。直近期の簿価を81.7％、鑑定価格を18.5％それぞれ上回る価格で売却する。 本物件入替えに伴い、ホテルの投資比率は86.7％から88.1％に上昇する。 併せて8月に公表した第33期（2019年12月期）業績予想を修正。 台風及び日韓関係悪化の影響を受け、ホテルの売上げが想定を下回り、NOIが7.4％減となるが、ウィンベル神楽坂の売却益1,963百万円が寄与し、9.2％増益を見込む。1,168百万円を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は1,725円と変更なし。 第34期（2020年6月期）に、上記ホテル2物件の取得、シティハウス東京新橋の売却を行う。これにより売却益2,038百万円が発生するが、業績予想は未公表。
