インヴィンシブル投資法人が、第32期（2019年6月期）決算を発表した。 第32期は、ケイマン島のホテルの保有形態を匿名組合出資から直接保有に変更、また「ロイヤルパークスタワー南千住」「スペーシア恵比寿」を売却した。ケイマン島ホテルの通期稼働、物件売却益111億円が寄与し、前期比153％増益。当期利益のうち118億円を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は1,656円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは130物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は4,185億円、有利子負債比率は48.9％。 第33期（2019年12月期）は、投資口の追加発行を行い「ホテルマイステイズ札幌アスペン」等、ホテル18物件を取得。これにより賃貸収益は増加するが、前期の物件売却益がなくなるため、前期比49％減益を見込む。183百万円を内部留保し、投資口数が7.6％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は1,725円と前期比4.2％増となる見通し。 引き続き2022年の1口当たり年間分配金3,700円を目標とするとともに、内部留保を活用して2027年までの1口当たり年間分配金の下限を3,400円に設定し、分配金の安定性確保を強調する。
