インヴィンシブル投資法人（INV）が、荒川区のレジデンスを売却する。 売却する物件は、JR常磐線南千住駅より徒歩5分に位置する、2008年竣工、39階建のマンション。INVは2017年3月に取得した。売却額が277億円と、簿価及び鑑定価格をそれぞれ24.9％、18.4％上回る好条件で売却できることから、売却を決定した。売却先は非開示。 併せて第32期（2019年6月期）業績予想を修正した。本物件の売却益55.09億円計上により、5月17日に公表した業績予想に対し38.5％増益を見込む。本物件の売却益は全額内部留保するが、売却日である6月7日以降の賃貸収益分は分配する。本物件の売却益を含む118.25億円を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は1,656円と前回予想を4.7％上回る見通し。
