インヴィンシブル投資法人（INV）が、第30期（2018年6月期）決算を発表した。 第30期は「ホテルマイステイズ横浜関内」等6物件を取得する一方、「レキシントン・プラザ西五反田」等6物件を売却し、入替えを促進した。 NOI及び物件売却益の増加、融資関連費用や投資口発行費用の減少により、前期比5.7％増益。物件売却益のうち756百万円を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は1,430円と前期を8.6％下回った。 期末のポートフォリオは126物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は3,638億円、有利子負債比率は50.6％。またスポンサーであるフォートレスグループを買収したソフトバンクが、INVの資産運用会社の株式20％を取得した。 第31期（2018年12月期）は、投資口の追加発行を行い、国内のホテル4物件、ケイマン諸島のリゾートホテル2物件を匿名組合出資を通して取得する。 これにより、前期比4.9％増益を見込む。内部留保756百万円を取り崩すとともに、利益超過分配959百万円を行うことによって、投資口数が20％増加するも、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は1,683円と前期を17.7％上回る見通し。
