インヴィンシブル投資法人が、投資口の追加発行を行う。公募増資は2期連続となる。 発行口数は887,959口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出口数は44,398口。これにより発行後の投資口数は24.1％増の4,793,181口となる予定。調達額は約415億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。 新たに取得する物件は「ホテルマイステイズ新大阪」等ホテル4物件と、シェラトン・グランデ・トーキョーベイを裏付資産とした特定目的会社の優先出資証券1件、5件の取得額は計574億円。これによりポートフォリオ全体の規模は19％増の3,552億円となる予定。 これらに伴い、第29期（平成29年12月期）業績予想を修正。新規取得物件の収益が寄与し、8月に公表した業績予想に対し2.3％増益を見込む。1口当たり利益の希薄化を回避するために利益超過分配金を増額し、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は1,564円と前回予想を1.2％上回る見通し。
