インヴィンシブル投資法人が、第28期（平成29年6月期）決算を発表した。 第28期は、投資口の追加発行を行い、「ロイヤルパークスタワー南千住」「ロイヤルパークスシーサー南千住」「ホテルマイステイズプレミア浜松町」を取得。これによる賃貸収益が寄与するが、非繁忙期のためホテルの稼働低下に伴い変動賃料が減少し、前期比13.4％減益。利益超過分配81百万円を実施するも、投資口数5％増加により、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は1,264円と前期を14.4％下回った。 期末のポートフォリオは127物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は2,991億円、有利子負債比率は53.5％ 第29期（平成29年12月期）は、「ホテルマイステイズ五反田駅前」を追加取得する一方「近代科学社ビル」「タイムズ神田須田町第4」を売却。繁忙期によるホテル売上げ増加及び物件売却益120百万円が寄与し、前期比25.1％増益を見込む。 利益超過分配81百万円を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は1,545円となる見通し。
