インヴィンシブル投資法人（INV）が、ホテルの追加取得、オフィスビルと時間貸し駐車場の売却を行う。 取得する物件は、JR山手線五反田駅より徒歩2分に位置する、昭和59年竣工のホテル。INVはホテルの一部を平成28年1月に取得済であり、今回は隣接する新館の一部を、スポンサーがオフィスからホテルへ用途転用した上で、10月に追加取得する。追加分の取得額は18.8億円。 一方、売却する物件は、新宿区のオフィスビルと、千代田区の時間貸し駐車場。2物件の売却額は計14.91億円。 これに伴い、物件売却益約120百万円を第29期（平成29年12月期）に計上する。業績予想への反映は、8月22日発表する第28期（平成29年6月期）決算にて併せて公表の予定。
