インヴィンシブル投資法人が第26期（平成28年6月期）決算を発表した。 第26期は、期中に投資口の追加発行を行い「ホテルマイステイズ五反田駅前」等ホテル11棟、レジデンス2棟を取得した。これによる賃貸収益の増加、融資関連費用の減少が寄与し、前期比47.8％増益。繰延ヘッジ損失相当額224百万円を利益超過分配とし、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は1,186円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは124物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は2,666億円、有利子負債比率は50％。 第27期（平成28年12月期）は、前期に取得した物件の通期稼働による増収や融資関連費用の減少に伴い、前期比34.6％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は1,597円となる見通し。 なお、スポンサーであるフォートレス・グループとのパイプラインサポート契約に伴い、ホテル22棟、レジデンス9棟の優先交渉権を有する。
