インヴィンシブル投資法人が、金沢と高松のホテル計2棟を取得する。2棟の取得額は計159億円。売り主はスポンサーであるフォートレス・インベストメント・グループの特定目的会社。1棟は、金沢駅より徒歩5分に平成26年11月に開業した「ホテルマイステイズ金沢」客室数244室。運営会社と固定賃料+GOP連動賃料の10年間の定期賃貸借契約を締結。もう1棟は、高松駅より徒歩7分に位置する、昭和57年竣工の「高松東急REIホテル」客室数191室。運営会社と固定賃料の契約を締結。2棟の取得資金は、3月に実施した公募増資の調達資金を活用する。なお、今回の取得に伴う業績予想の修正はなし。
