インヴィンシブル投資法人が、第25期（平成27年12月期）決算を発表した。第25期は、投資口の追加発行を行い「ホテルマイステイズ羽田」等ホテル14棟、レジデンス3棟の計426億円を取得。新規取得に加えホテルの稼働上昇による収益が寄与し、前期比28.6％増益。増資による希薄化を回避するため、内部留保より75百万円を取り崩し、更に利益超過分配を行い、投資口数が19.7％増加するも、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は1,187円と前期を38％上回った。期末のポートフォリオは111棟、資産規模（取得額合計）は1,738億円、有利子負債比率は49.3％。第26期（平成28年6月期）は「ホテルマイステイズ心斎橋」等ホテル5等、レジデンス1棟を取得。これにより前期比24.4％増益を見込むが、内部留保の取り崩しを行わず、また利益超過分配金の減少により、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は1,155円と前期を2.7％下回る見通し。続く第27期（平成28年12月期）は、ホテルの収益増加を見込み、前期予想比20％増益、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は1,385円となる見通し。スポンサーであるフォートレス・グループとのサポート契約により、ホテル25棟、レジデンス9棟の優先交渉権を保有しており、更なる外部成長を目指す。
