インヴィンシブル投資法人がホテル5棟及びレジデンス1棟を取得する。計6棟の取得額は102億円。これによりポートフォリオ全体の規模は5.9％増の1,840億円となる。売り主は全てスポンサーグループ。コンフォートホテル4棟及びレジデンス1棟（住居部分）は固定賃料、ホテルマイステイズ心斎橋は固定賃料+GOP連動の変動賃料となる。取得資金は借入金及び平成27年7月の公募増資による調達資金を活用する。これに伴い、第25期（平成27年12月期）、第26期（平成28年6月期）、第27期（平成28年12月期）の業績予想を修正。第25期はホテルの稼働上昇により、8月公表の業績予想に対し13.7％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は1,163円となる見通し。上記6棟取得の賃貸収益が反映する第26期は、11月公表の業績予想に対し10.2％増益、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は1,155円となる見通し。続く第27期は15.2％増益、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は1,385円となる見通し。
