インヴィンシブル投資法人が、第24期（平成27年6月期）決算を発表した。第24期は、「アパホテル横浜関内」等ホテル3棟を取得。ホテルの稼働上昇による収益が寄与し、前期比17.2％、1口当たり実績分配金は860円となった。期末のポートフォリオは94棟、資産規模（取得額計）は1,312億円、有利子負債比率は52.8％。第25期（平成27年12月期）は、期初に投資口の追加発行を行い、ホテル14棟、レジデンス3棟を取得。これにより前期比10.1％増益を見込む。内部留保の取り崩し及び一時的に利益超過分配を行い、投資口数が19.7％増加するも、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は1,064円と前期を23.7％上回る見通し。第26期（平成28年6月期）及び第27期（平成28年12月期）は、内部留保及び利益超過分配を見込まず、1口当たり分配金はそれぞれ1,009円、1,163円となる見通し。
