インヴィンシブル投資法人が「フレックステイイン江古田」等のビジネスホテル3棟を取得する。3棟の取得額は計73.7億円。これに伴い、6月25日に公表した業績予想を修正した。第24期（平成27年6月期）はホテルの稼働が前回予想を上回ったことから、前回予想比4.3％増益、1口当たり分配金は860円となる見通し。第25期（平成27年12月期）は、7月に取得した14棟に加え、今回取得する3棟が寄与するため、前回予想比3.3％増益を見込む。第25期は、投資口発行費用や融資手数料等の一時費用発生のため、内部留保の取り崩しに加え、利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は1,064円となる見通し。第26期（平成28年6月期）は前回予想比2.4％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は1,009円となる見通し。第27期（平成28年12月期）は、前回予想比2.3％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は1,163円となる見通し。
