インヴィンシブル投資法人が第23期（平成26年12月期）決算を発表した。第23期は期初に投資口の追加発行を行い、ホテル18棟を取得。前期の物件売却益がなくなるも、18棟の賃貸収益が寄与し、前期比117％増益。投資口数が70％増加するが、1口当たり分配金は733円と前期を28％上回った。期末のポートフォリオは91棟、資産規模（取得額計）は1,179億円、有利子負債比率は51.5％。第24期（平成27年6月期）は2月にホテル3棟を取得。これによる賃貸収益が寄与し前期比0.4％増収を見込む一方、管理費、固都税、減価償却費等の増加により2.8％減益、1口当たり分配金は712円となる見通し。続く第25期（平成27年12月期）はホテルの賃貸収入の増加を見込み、前期予想比20.6％増益、1口当たり分配金は859円となる見通し。
