インヴィンシブル投資法人が第23期（平成26年12月期）業績予想を修正した。5月及び7月に取得したホテル20棟の稼働が想定を上回り、前回予想比9.4％増益、1口当たり分配金は656円となる見通し。併せて第24期（平成27年6月期）及び第25期（平成27年12月期）業績予想を発表。第24期は、季節変動に伴うホテル稼働の減少、固都税や資産運用報酬の増加を見込む一方、融資手数料の減少が寄与し、前期予想比0.5％増益、1口当たり分配金は659円となる見通し。第25期は、ホテルの稼働増加を見込み、前期予想比15.7％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は763円となる見通し。
