インヴィンシブル投資法人が第22期（平成26年6月期）及び第23期（平成26年12月期）業績予想を修正した。第22期は5月に取得したホテルの賃貸費用の計上修正、融資手数料の減少等により、前回予想比7.6％増益を見込む。これにより当初予定していた内部留保を活用せず、1口当たり分配金は573円と前回予想を4.2％上回る見通し。続く第23期もホテルの賃貸費用の計上修正により、前回予想比25％増益を見込む。これにより当初予定していた内部留保の活用及び利益超過分配を行わず、1口当たり分配金は600円となる見通し。
