インヴィンシブル投資法人（INV）が第三者割当増資を発表した。発行口数は224,887口。これにより発行後の総投資口数は16.7%増の1,573,179口となる。割当先はINVのスポンサーであるフォートレスのSPC及びセキュアード・キャピタルのSPCの2社。1口当たり発行価額は13,340円、発行総額30億円。これにより有利子負債比率は57.5%から53.9%へ低下する。併せて203億円の借入れを行い、既存借入金の期限前弁済を行う。これにより平均借入金利率が3.66%から1.94%へ低下する。これらに伴い第21期（平成25年12月期）業績予想を修正。前回予想比2.8%増益、内部留保より37百万円を取り崩し、投資口数が増加するも1口当たり分配金は200円と前回予想と変わらない見通し。続く第22期（平成26年6月期）は上記リファイナンスに伴い支払利息及び融資手数料の減少が寄与し、前期予想比164%増益、1口当たり分配金は464円となる見通し。
