インヴィンシブル投資法人が第16期（平成23年6月期）及び第17期（平成23年12月期）業績予想を修正した。第17期中に売却を予定しているニュー江戸橋ビルについて売却予定価格が想定を下回ることから、第16期に減損処理を行う。これに伴う減損損失1,249百万円計上により、当期損失1,308百万円となる見通し。分配金総額は剰余金より1,435百万円を取り崩し127百万円とし、1口当たり分配金は200円と従来予想に変動なし。続く第17期は、上記減損処理に伴い当初想定していた物件売却損が減少することから、当期損失が752百万円減少する見通し。分配金総額は剰余金より3,026百万円を取り崩し269百万円とし、1口当たり分配金は200円と従来予想に変動なし。
