インヴィンシブル投資法人(INV)が予定していた第三者割当増資を中止することを発表。併せて18日に開示した有価証券届出書を取り下げた。INVは第三者割当増資の前提条件の一つであった物件売却が実施できないことにより、前提条件を変更する交渉を進めていたが、合意に至らなかった。これに伴い、3月末を返済期限とする借入金の期限延長を金融機関と交渉していく予定。
