インヴィンシブル投資法人（INV）が、3月18日付で開示予定であった第三者割当増資の発表を見合わせていることを公表。18日に開示された有価証券届出書によれば、INVはCalliope合同会社からのスポンサー支援及び同社を割当先とする第三者割当増資を予定していた。しかし、これら取引の前提条件の一つである借入金返済が、地震の影響により物件売却が実行出来ないことにより資金調達が出来ず、従ってスポンサー支援及び第三者割当増資の開示を見合わせることとなった。INVは、借入返済の条件を一部変更し、物件売却の実施を前提条件から外し、第三者割当増資を進めることを交渉中であり、22日中には最終決定する見通し。
